1. Booking & Deposit
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
- Party date is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
- Remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- With at least 10 days' notice, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled party within 2 weeks, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made with fewer than 10 days' notice will result in full forfeiture of the deposit (no credits, transfers, or exceptions).
3. Minimum Guest Requirement
- A minimum of 10 children is required for all party packages.
- Pricing will not be reduced if fewer than 10 children attend.
4. Guest & Chaperone Policy
Each party package includes: • 10 children • 10 chaperones • 20 pairs of grippy socks
Once exceeded:
- Additional children are charged at the current party package rate.
- Additional adults entering the play area are charged the current adult rate plus grippy socks.
- Grippy socks are required for all guests entering the facility.
5. Waiver Requirement
- All guests (children and adults) must have a signed waiver on file prior to entering the facility, regardless of plans to participate.
- Guests without a completed waiver may not enter the play area.
6. Additional Guest Payment Responsibility
(7) days before the scheduled party booking, the host must choose one:
- Option A: Host pays for all additional guests and socks.
- Option B: Additional guests pay for themselves at the front desk.
7. Day-of-Party
- Final headcount and additional charges are calculated at the end of the party.
- All remaining balances must be paid before departure.
- Guests must follow all facility rules and staff instructions. If asked to leave the premises, no refund will be given.
8. General Policies
- Grippy socks must be worn at all times in the facility.
- Club Run & Jump reserves the right to enforce all safety policies.
9. Decorations & Outside Food
- Confetti is not permitted (including poppers, cannons, or confetti balloons).
- Balloon arches are not permitted.
- Piñata
- Prohibited items may be required to be removed before the party begins.
- Cleaning fees starting at $150 will be assessed for violations.
